Banoffee Vegan Tart

INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
250 g vegan biscuits or crackers
115 g coconut oil
1 tsp cacao
6 dates
Combine in the food processor . Press into the base and sides of the tin and chill for 15-30 min in the freezer.
Filling:
50 g coconut sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp agar agar
400 ml coconut cream
100 g pecans
6 dates
1 banana
*Heat up the sugar and water
*Combine the coconut cream, agar agar and cornstarch than mix with hot sugar.
Cook a few minutes
*Blend the pecans, dates and banana until smooth and combine with coconut mixture
*Pour the mixture over the biscuits base.
