200 g Medijol dates
2/3 c rolled oats
1/2 c nuts
1 tbsp water if needed
Pulse all ingredients until well processed but still a bit crumbly . Press the mixture against the sides and the bottom of the tart tin . Refrigerate for 30 min.
Matcha layer :
1 1/2 c cashews soaked overnight
1-2 tbsp @suncorefoods matcha powder
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp coconut oil
2/3 c coconut cream
3 tbsp maple syrup (agave..) Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour on the crust . Freeze for at least for 4 hours before serving. Or refrigerate!
