ā£1 cup oatsā£
ā£3 tbsp cacaopowderā£
ā£1 tbsp nutbutterā£
ā£1 tbsp coconutoilā£
ā£20 pitted datesā£
ā£5 dryed figsā£
ā£3 tablespoon waterā£
ā£vanilla powderā£
ā£cinnamonā£
ā£instructions:ā£
ā£blend all ingredients for the crust in a high speed blender and press it into a 28cm round mould,ā¦.then place it in the fridge,..ā£
ā£for the filling I use:ā£
ā£1 1/2 cups coconutmilkā£
ā£3 tbsp agave sirup or other sweetenerā£
ā£1 package fruitpowder from @frooggies ( I use raspberry )ā£
ā£1 teaspoon gingerblast powder ( optional )ā£
ā£1 tbsp tapioca starch or more ā£
ā£2 tbsp agar agarā£
ā£Now pour the coconut milk in a saucepan an bring it to a simmer,. mix sweetener and fruitpowder and simmer it for about 5 minutes again,ā¦mix it well and now you can add tapioca starch and agar agar cook it again for a few minutes and let it cool down,ā¦ā¦you can put the lukewarm mixture on the crust and let sit in the fridge,ā¦for serving you can decorate it with whatever you like,…
