β–ͺ️1 cup unsalted macadamia nuts
β–ͺ️1 cup unsalted cashews
β–ͺ️1 tsp vanilla
β–ͺ️1/2 cup shredded coconut
β–ͺ️1/4 cup melted coconut oil

β–ͺ️1/2 can (200ml) coconut milk, full fat
β–ͺ️2 avocados
β–ͺ️1/2 cup maple syrup
β–ͺ️1/3 cup lime juice
β–ͺ️3/4 cup melted coconut oil
β–ͺ️1 tsp vanilla
β–ͺ️2 handfuls of spinach (add more if desired)
β–ͺ️zest from 2 limes

1️⃣Grease 8 inch pie pan and place baking paper on the bottom
2️⃣Combine crust ingredients in a food processor. Press into pan, allow to chill in fridge while you make the filling
3️⃣Add all filling ingredients into food processor, blend until smooth. May take a few minutes to grind up
4️⃣Pour over chilled crust. Set in fridge to firm up for 1hr to 2hrs. It firms quick! 😊
