– ½ cup melted dairy-free dark chocolate


– ½ tsp vanilla extract

white chocolate layer:


– 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)


– ½ cup coconut cream

– ½ cup melted vegan white chocolate (or omit dark chocolate)


– ½ tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. PREHEAT OVEN:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease three 8-inch cake pans.

2. CAKE LAYER:


– In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.


– In another bowl, combine almond milk, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, mixing until smooth.
