🍫 Chocolate Basque Cheesecake (Vegan + Classic Version) 🔥
That ultra creamy, molten center with a burnt top… pure perfection 😍
👉 20 cm (8-inch) round pan
Classic Version
INGREDIENTS:
500 g cream cheese
120 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml heavy cream
200 g dark chocolate
15 g cocoa powder
10 g flour
Pinch of salt
Method:
Melt chocolate and let cool slightly.
Mix cream cheese + sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one by one.
Add cream + melted chocolate.
Sift in cocoa, flour, salt.
Mix until smooth and pour into lined pan.
Bake at 210°C for 20–22 min (center stays soft).

🌱 Vegan Version
INGREDIENTS:
400 g vegan cream cheese
120 g sugar
200 ml coconut cream
200 g vegan dark chocolate
15 g cocoa powder
20 g cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
Melt chocolate.
Mix vegan cream cheese + sugar.
Add coconut cream + melted chocolate.
Add cocoa, cornstarch, vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into lined pan.
Bake at 200°C for 25–30 min.
