vegan pink tarteπŸ˜‹

INGREDIENTS:

⁣crust:⁣
⁣1 cup oats⁣
⁣3 tbsp cacaopowder⁣
⁣1 tbsp nutbutter⁣
⁣1 tbsp coconutoil⁣
⁣20 pitted dates⁣
⁣5 dryed figs⁣
⁣3 tablespoon water⁣
⁣vanilla powder⁣
⁣cinnamon⁣

⁣instructions:⁣

⁣blend all ingredients for the crust in a high speed blender and press it into a 28cm round mould,….then place it in the fridge,..⁣

⁣for the filling I use:⁣

⁣1 1/2 cups coconutmilk⁣
⁣3 tbsp agave sirup or other sweetener⁣
⁣1 package fruitpowder from @frooggies ( I use raspberry )⁣
⁣1 teaspoon gingerblast powder ( optional )⁣
⁣1 tbsp tapioca starch or more ⁣
⁣2 tbsp agar agar⁣

⁣Now pour the coconut milk in a saucepan an bring it to a simmer,. mix sweetener and fruitpowder and simmer it for about 5 minutes again,…mix it well and now you can add tapioca starch and agar agar cook it again for a few minutes and let it cool down,……you can put the lukewarm mixture on the crust and let sit in the fridge,…for serving you can decorate it with whatever you like,…
