vegan pink tarte๐Ÿ˜‹

INGREDIENTS:

โฃcrust:โฃ
โฃ1 cup oatsโฃ
โฃ3 tbsp cacaopowderโฃ
โฃ1 tbsp nutbutterโฃ
โฃ1 tbsp coconutoilโฃ
โฃ20 pitted datesโฃ
โฃ5 dryed figsโฃ
โฃ3 tablespoon waterโฃ
โฃvanilla powderโฃ
โฃcinnamonโฃ

โฃinstructions:โฃ

โฃblend all ingredients for the crust in a high speed blender and press it into a 28cm round mould,โ€ฆ.then place it in the fridge,..โฃ

โฃfor the filling I use:โฃ

โฃ1 1/2 cups coconutmilkโฃ
โฃ3 tbsp agave sirup or other sweetenerโฃ
โฃ1 package fruitpowder from @frooggies ( I use raspberry )โฃ
โฃ1 teaspoon gingerblast powder ( optional )โฃ
โฃ1 tbsp tapioca starch or more โฃ
โฃ2 tbsp agar agarโฃ

โฃNow pour the coconut milk in a saucepan an bring it to a simmer,. mix sweetener and fruitpowder and simmer it for about 5 minutes again,โ€ฆmix it well and now you can add tapioca starch and agar agar cook it again for a few minutes and let it cool down,โ€ฆโ€ฆyou can put the lukewarm mixture on the crust and let sit in the fridge,โ€ฆfor serving you can decorate it with whatever you like,…
