No bake Matcha Cheesecake

Recipe:

1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flakes
1/2 cup grated almonds
1/4 cup maple syrup
pinch of Himalayan salt
2 spoons cocoa
2 spoons of coconut oil
a little water
Mix all and put it to fridge ( min 30 min)

Filling:

2 cups of coconut milk
1 spoon of cashew butter ( optional)
2 tbsp of agar agar
2 spoons maple syrup 1 spoon Matcha

*Mix all ingredients and boil it for 1 minute. Wait until room temperature and pour it to the base. Leave in the fridge for a few hours. Serve with fresh fruits.
